It is admirable how, despite the various challenges since the first signs of the pandemic in Brazil, many companies opted not to complain but to look ahead and keep going. No será fácil contestarlo, al igual que ahora. De todas maneras, la palabra resiliencia nunca fue tanto y tan bien aplicada como en estos días y meses. En el mundo de los negocios, quizá, hasta con más propiedad.
